They are not to be sold as slaves, because they are My slaves I brought out of the land of Egypt.

Then Moses said to the people, "Remember this day when you came out of Egypt, out of the place of slavery, for the LORD brought you out of here by the strength of [His] hand. Nothing leavened may be eaten.

I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the place of slavery.

LORD, I am indeed Your servant; I am Your servant, the son of Your female servant. You have loosened my bonds.

For I the LORD your God, the Holy One of Israel, and your Savior, give Egypt as a ransom for you, Cush and Seba in your place.

since we have been rescued from our enemies' clutches, to serve Him without fear

in holiness and righteousness in His presence all our days.

For sin will not rule over you, because you are not under law but under grace.

But thank God that, although you used to be slaves of sin, you obeyed from the heart that pattern of teaching you were entrusted to,

and having been liberated from sin, you became enslaved to righteousness.

But now, since you have been liberated from sin and become enslaved to God, you have your fruit, which results in sanctification-- and the end is eternal life!

For he who is called by the Lord as a slave is the Lord's freedman. Likewise he who is called as a free man is Christ's slave.

You were bought at a price; do not become slaves of men.

For although I am free from all people, I have made myself a slave to all, in order to win more people.

To those who are outside the law, like one outside the law-- not being outside God's law, but under the law of Christ-- to win those outside the law.

For you are called to freedom, brothers; only don't use this freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but serve one another through love.
