Hath the Lord
ZEFANIABIBLE_BIBLE_BOOK_NAME_19 50:8
I do not rebuke you for your sacrifices or for your burnt offerings, which are continually before Me.
ZEFANIABIBLE_BIBLE_BOOK_NAME_19 50:9
I will not accept a bull from your household or male goats from your pens,
ZEFANIABIBLE_BIBLE_BOOK_NAME_19 51:16
You do not want a sacrifice, or I would give it; You are not pleased with a burnt offering.
ZEFANIABIBLE_BIBLE_BOOK_NAME_19 51:17
The sacrifice pleasing to God is a broken spirit. God, You will not despise a broken and humbled heart.
ZEFANIABIBLE_BIBLE_BOOK_NAME_20 21:3
Doing what is righteous and just is more acceptable to the LORD than sacrifice.
ZEFANIABIBLE_BIBLE_BOOK_NAME_23 1:11-17
11
"What are all your sacrifices to Me?" asks the LORD. "I have had enough of burnt offerings and rams and the fat of well-fed cattle; I have no desire for the blood of bulls, lambs, or male goats.
12
When you come to appear before Me, who requires this from you-- [this] trampling of My courts?
13
Stop bringing useless offerings. I despise [your] incense. New Moons and Sabbaths, and the calling of solemn assemblies-- I cannot stand iniquity with a festival.
14
I hate your New Moons and prescribed festivals. They have become a burden to Me; I am tired of putting up with [them].
15
When you lift up your hands [in prayer], I will refuse to look at you; even if you offer countless prayers, I will not listen. Your hands are covered with blood.
16
"Wash yourselves. Cleanse yourselves. Remove your evil deeds from My sight. Stop doing evil.
17
Learn to do what is good. Seek justice. Correct the oppressor. Defend the rights of the fatherless. Plead the widow's cause.
ZEFANIABIBLE_BIBLE_BOOK_NAME_24 7:22
for when I brought your ancestors out of the land of Egypt, I did not speak with them or command them concerning burnt offering and sacrifice.
ZEFANIABIBLE_BIBLE_BOOK_NAME_24 7:23
However, I did give them this command: Obey Me, and then I will be your God, and you will be My people. You must walk in every way I command you so that it may go well with you."
ZEFANIABIBLE_BIBLE_BOOK_NAME_28 6:6
For I desire loyalty and not sacrifice, the knowledge of God rather than burnt offerings.
ZEFANIABIBLE_BIBLE_BOOK_NAME_30 5:21-24
21
I hate, I despise your feasts! I can't stand the stench of your solemn assemblies.
22
Even if you offer Me your burnt offerings and grain offerings, I will not accept [them]; I will have no regard for your fellowship offerings of fattened cattle.
23
Take away from Me the noise of your songs! I will not listen to the music of your harps.
24
But let justice flow like water, and righteousness, like an unfailing stream.
ZEFANIABIBLE_BIBLE_BOOK_NAME_33 6:6-8
6
What should I bring before the LORD when I come to bow before God on high? Should I come before Him with burnt offerings, with year-old calves?
7
Would the LORD be pleased with thousands of rams, or with ten thousand streams of oil? Should I give my firstborn for my transgression, the child of my body for my own sin?
8
He has told you men what is good and what it is the LORD requires of you: Only to act justly, to love faithfulness, and to walk humbly with your God.
ZEFANIABIBLE_BIBLE_BOOK_NAME_40 9:13
Go and learn what this means: I desire mercy and not sacrifice. For I didn't come to call the righteous, but sinners."
ZEFANIABIBLE_BIBLE_BOOK_NAME_40 12:7
If you had known what this means: I desire mercy and not sacrifice, you would not have condemned the innocent.
ZEFANIABIBLE_BIBLE_BOOK_NAME_40 23:23
"Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! You pay a tenth of mint, dill, and cumin, yet you have neglected the more important matters of the law-- justice, mercy, and faith. These things should have been done without neglecting the others.
ZEFANIABIBLE_BIBLE_BOOK_NAME_58 10:4-10
4
For it is impossible for the blood of bulls and goats to take away sins.
5
Therefore, as He was coming into the world, He said: You did not want sacrifice and offering, but You prepared a body for Me.
6
You did not delight in whole burnt offerings and sin offerings.
7
Then I said, "See, I have come-- it is written about Me in the volume of the scroll-- to do Your will, O God!"
8
After He says above, You did not desire or delight in sacrifices and offerings, whole burnt offerings and sin offerings, (which are offered according to the law),
9
He then says, See, I have come to do Your will. He takes away the first to establish the second.
10
By this will, we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once and for all.

Now if you will listen to Me and carefully keep My covenant, you will be My own possession out of all the peoples, although all the earth is Mine,
ZEFANIABIBLE_BIBLE_BOOK_NAME_21 5:1
Guard your step when you go to the house of God. Better to draw near in obedience than to offer the sacrifice as fools do, for they are ignorant and do wrong.
ZEFANIABIBLE_BIBLE_BOOK_NAME_24 7:23
However, I did give them this command: Obey Me, and then I will be your God, and you will be My people. You must walk in every way I command you so that it may go well with you."

which I commanded your ancestors when I brought them out of the land of Egypt, out of the iron furnace. I declared: 'Obey Me, and do everything that I command you, and you will be My people, and I will be your God,'
ZEFANIABIBLE_BIBLE_BOOK_NAME_24 11:7
For I strongly warned your ancestors when I brought them out of the land of Egypt until today, warning them time and time again: Obey My voice.
ZEFANIABIBLE_BIBLE_BOOK_NAME_24 26:13
So now, correct your ways and deeds and obey the voice of the LORD your God so that He might relent concerning the disaster that He warned about.
ZEFANIABIBLE_BIBLE_BOOK_NAME_28 6:6
For I desire loyalty and not sacrifice, the knowledge of God rather than burnt offerings.

leave your gift there in front of the altar. First go and be reconciled with your brother, and then come and offer your gift.
ZEFANIABIBLE_BIBLE_BOOK_NAME_41 12:33
And to love Him with all your heart, with all your understanding, and with all your strength, and to love your neighbor as yourself, is far more [important] than all the burnt offerings and sacrifices."
