For five decades, rebuilding God’s temple was all the people of Israel thought about. But when it got difficult, for 14 years they put the project on hold. Instead of working on God’s house, they actually started building their own houses, and they built very, very nice houses. They forgot about God’s house, so God raised up the prophet Haggai to call the people back to rebuild the temple for God. In this opening message we’ll talk about what it takes to stop talking and start rebuilding what’s damaged in our lives.
