No one has ever seen God. The One and Only Son-- the One who is at the Father's side-- He has revealed Him.

But Jesus responded to them, "My Father is still working, and I am working also."

The LORD said, "If, as one people all having the same language, they have begun to do this, then nothing they plan to do will be impossible for them.

So the LORD scattered them from there over the face of the whole earth, and they stopped building the city.

So she named the LORD who spoke to her: The God Who Sees, for she said, "Have I really seen here the One who sees me?"

When Abram was 99 years old, the LORD appeared to him, saying, "I am God Almighty. Live in My presence and be devout.

When the LORD had finished speaking with Abraham, He departed, and Abraham returned to his place.

When the LORD saw that he had gone over to look, God called out to him from the bush, "Moses, Moses!" "Here I am," he answered.

Then He continued, "I am the God of your father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob." Moses hid his face because he was afraid to look at God.

although He did not leave Himself without a witness, since He did good: giving you rain from heaven and fruitful seasons, and satisfying your hearts with food and happiness."

The God who made the world and everything in it-- He is Lord of heaven and earth and does not live in shrines made by hands.

From one man He has made every nation of men to live all over the earth and has determined their appointed times and the boundaries of where they live,

He is the radiance of His glory, the exact expression of His nature, and He sustains all things by His powerful word. After making purification for sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.

You are to say this to them: The gods that did not make the heavens and the earth will perish from the earth and from under these heavens.

He made the earth by His power, established the world by His wisdom, and spread out the heavens by His understanding.

In these last days, He has spoken to us by [His] Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things and through whom He made the universe.

By faith we understand that the universe was created by the word of God, so that what is seen has been made from things that are not visible.

That light shines in the darkness, yet the darkness did not overcome it.

Righteous Father! The world has not known You. However, I have known You, and these have known that You sent Me.

All things have been entrusted to Me by My Father. No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and anyone to whom the Son desires to reveal Him.

For since, in God's wisdom, the world did not know God through wisdom, God was pleased to save those who believe through the foolishness of the message preached.

None of the rulers of this age knew it, for if they had known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.

Look at how great a love the Father has given us, that we should be called God's children. And we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it didn't know Him.
